Art From the Heart children?s art studio invites Texoma area elementary aged children to participate in an Earth Day themed children?s art show. Children who live in Grayson, Fannin and Bryan Counties and are in Kindergarten through fourth grade are eligible to enter the art show. Drawings and paintings should be on white paper measuring 8-1/2 by 11 inches and mounted on colored construction paper. Three dimensional artwork will not be accepted for entry.Entry guidelines and forms are available at Art From the Heart during regular business hours. Entries should be mailed or delivered to Art From the Heart, 314 N Walnut, Suite D, Sherman, TX 75090. Entry forms are available at Art From the Heart during regular business hours, and entries can also be dropped off at the studio during regular business hours. Art From the Heart, an art studio for children and adults age 2 through 102, offers classes Mondays through Fridays from 4:00 to 5:30 p.m. and Saturdays from 2:00 to 3:30 p.m. The Children's Art Show will be displayed at the Covenant Presbyterian Church Fellowship Hall during the 2009 Earth Day Festival.
